I’m a twenty-something writer whose career in journalism stemmed from the most unlikely of places: an Arts degree. Over the past five years I’ve worked my way up from intern to Deputy Editor at music publications BLUNT Mag and Australian Guitar, and in October 2015 I spearheaded the relaunch of BLUNT as an online publication and took over as Editor. Needless to say I know my way around 140-character limits and can spot a worthwhile meme a mile away. I’ve dabbled with sub-editing and looked after titles such as SHAPE Magazine, Little Angel, Shopkins, and Girl Power, and my written content has appeared everywhere from Rolling Stone Australia to Google Maps.
In general I’m happiest discussing the intricacies of The Simpsons, finding merit in one-hit wonders of decades past, or debating how to tackle social faux pas à la Larry David. I’m still waiting patiently to meet Dave Grohl and I’m quite fond of a good batch of dumplings.
